CURTISWOOD PICTURE PERFECT
"Bambi" made his debut at the KY Horse Park this summer, as a 3 year old, and won every division in Short Stirrup both over fences as well as on the flat. This pony is by the famous DUNTARVIE JANUS at Brookside Stud in Virginia, and out of the famous Peter Stone mare PRACTICALLY PERFECT. He is a 3/4 brother to well known medium winner at Wellington, MOVIN OUT. This pony debuted with a 9-year-old little boy who has only ridden one year. He is BOMB PROOF, and as kind as his mother. This pony is a hack winner, and your first pony. $25,000.00
(PRACTICALLY PERFECT is the only Kentucky pony ever selected by Peter Stone for his "Collector's Series" of Model Ponies.)

Breezes Mary Maxie
AQHA Mare

BREEZES MARY MAXIE, 1997 Palomino Mare, Registered AQHA. At 15.2, she would be great for short stirrup beginners or beginner horse. This lovely mare has been used as a broodmare for my farm for the last four years. Breezy, as we call her, has a very nice slow lope, and easy trot. She is uncomplicated; however, we suggest she is best suited to an intermediate rider.

She has thrown color for me when bred to my Connemara stallion, and has had lovely correct foals. Her breeding goes back to Impressive on her sire's side, and Dirty Ole Man on her dam's side. Well bred, easy going, easy keeper!

Here's one you can ride on your farm, during parades, and use for cattle work as well. Priced to sell at only $3,500.00.

She is shown here with her last foal. She is a fabulous mother and loves her babies. Foal not included.

Madoc Starlet (Foaled 3/14/86)
This pony is one of the most perfect examples of an "Old Mountain Welsh" pony. At 20 years old, she is jumping the fences in pony jumpers, and showing how the "ole girl still has it." Star has had some fabulous babies, including the now famous Starlet's Evening Eclipse, multiple championships in short stirrup, and children's pony hunters.

She passes to her babies her kindness, tremendous jump, and easy to train!!!

Star stands 11.1 1/8 hands and is Reg. WPSA. She is by Severn Zephyr, out of Avalon Evening Star. I am selling most of my broodmare band to downsize. She is not a pony for a beginner rider--she loves to jump--needs a seasoned rider, but will take them straight to the BLUES. $3,500.00

TOOTSIE ROLL - Foaled 1989

Black Welsh cross mare. 13.1hh. Proven broodmare and champion in the show ring! Imported from Canada. Dreamy gaits, wonderful show record, no vices. Very nice mare with a lot of fire and enthusiasm. Not a beginner's horse, mainly because she needs someone with gentle hands. Loves to jump (does 2'6 easily), and has plenty of energy, but she's not spooky. Loads, clips, bathes, ties. $1250

Marco

2002 chestnut Gotland sport pony gelding out of Bonnie by Dante. 13.1 hands, 850 lbs. Beautiful mover, nice temperament, manners and mind. Recently introduced to vaulting and handled it like an old pro.  Showed training level (driving pairs) with full brother Jazzman, and won. Trailers, clips, loads, etc. Spunky but sane and tractable. Reserve Champion at his first  hunter show! Spent a year in training at Oak Grove Equestrian Center near Atlanta teaching students to ride. Very reliable and trustworthy. Loves to jump, and zooms on the cross country course! Now back home learning sidepasses and flying changes, and working further on jumping.

From his trainer in Atlanta: "Everything else his size we have is too green for beginners so he's got 2-3 lessons a day now with Mondays off. But he's doing great with the really green little kids. Stays on the rail, never dodges a crossrail, trots the ground poles better than the warmbloods! $10,000
